Don’t you wish! Actually, we do too. But the LaunchTicket coaching system requires an investment. Here’s the way it works:

LaunchTicket is $295 a month for eleven months ($3,245 total). Fees are paid a month in advance. Clients who pay the entire amount up front receive a $245 discount.

What you get:
▪        weekly one-on-one coaching calls
▪    five modules and handbook (including audio training)
▪        one two-day workshop (travel and lodging not included)
▪    a seat at the Willow Creek Leadership Summit (satellite location)
▪    one year of Willow Creek Association membership for your new church

Clients who complete LaunchTicket receive a substantial discount from Ministry Advantage, the world’s premier coaching system for leaders of established churches.

For clients starting Mission Catalyst churches:

▪ If a planter attends Founding Pastor Assessment, is recommended, and he will start a Mission Catalyst church, MC provides launch funds plus a voucher for $3,245 to cover the coaching. The costs of travel and lodging to the workshop is the responsibility of the planter.

▪ The planter undergoes periodic reviews, after which launch funds might be adjusted. Mission Catalyst staff may terminate the arrangement at any time if they believe the planter is not fully engaged in the process.

▪ LaunchTicket is a requirement for pastors planting a Mission Catalyst church and receiving launch funds.

▪ On a case-by-case basis, Mission Catalyst staff can approve subsidies or loans to planters who are enrolled in LaunchTicket but are not receiving launch funds. No subsidies or loans will be provided to non-Mission Catalyst planters.

▪ Individuals who attended another approved Founding Pastor Assessment and were recommended (or have fulfilled provisional recommendations) and decide to start a Mission Catalyst church are subject to the policies regarding LaunchTicket and launch funds in place at the time they begin to plant.
