Fully recommended – We believe God has called and equipped you to plant, you are ready to go, and you will succeed just about anywhere.

Recommended in a specified context – We believe God has called and equipped you to plant, you are ready to go, but in order to do your best, you need to plant in a specific context. The staff will explain what that context is.

Provisionally recommended – We believe God has called and equipped you to plant, but we don’t believe you are ready. The staff will specify how you can get ready in six to 24 months.

Not recommended – We don’t believe you are wired up to be the point person in a church plant. You may be a tremendous support person, but if you were the buck-stops-here leader, you would likely be frustrated and the church would struggle.
