Candidates who are recommended and decide to plant a Mission Catalyst church are eligible for launch funds. Here are the details:
The founding pastor must enter the LaunchTicket coaching system.
The pastor receives launch funds plus a voucher for the entire cost of LaunchTicket ($3,245).
The pastor undergoes periodic reviews, after which launch funds might be adjusted.
Mission Catalyst staff may terminate this arrangement at any time if they believe the planter is not fully engaged in the coaching system.
On a case-by-case basis, Mission Catalyst staff can approve subsidies or loans to pastors who are enrolled in LaunchTicket but are not receiving launch funds. No subsidies or loans will be provided to non-Mission Catalyst pastors.
Individuals who were recommended by another approved founding pastor assessment program and decide to plant a Mission Catalyst church are subject to the policies regarding LaunchTicket and launch funds in place at the time they begin to plant.
