The four-day event will not happen with fewer than three candidates (not including spouses).
If a candidate cancels after the dates have been agreed on by the candidates and assessment staff, he/she forfeits the entire registration fee.
If the remaining candidates are fewer than three in number, the event must be rescheduled at a time when at least three candidates will attend. The registration fees of those who were not responsible for the cancellation will be refunded or applied toward a future assessment.
If a candidate does not cancel but wants to change the dates, an effort will be made to reschedule on dates that work for all other candidates and assessors.
If non-refundable expenses (e.g., airfare) have not been incurred by other candidates or assessment staff, there is no additional cost for changing the dates. If non-refundable expenses have been incurred, the candidate who wants to reschedule loses his/her registration fee even if a new date is agreed upon.
If a candidate does not complete all pre-work at least 21 days before the four-day event, assessment staff reserves the right to consider that candidate’s registration cancelled with the consequences mentioned above.
