The LaunchTicket coaching system grows out of a vision to plant churches that never stop making an ever-larger impact for the kingdom. It is designed to help the founding pastor of a new church stay focused on and excel in the priorities necessary to launch a church that eventually becomes significant.

Is LaunchTicket for you? If you are not yet leading a new church, answer the following questions as honestly as you can. Use a scale of 1 - 5 (1= not really; 5= most definitely). If you are married, ask your spouse to give his/her responses, then compare your scores.

1. ___ Do you have a clear call from God to be the founding pastor of a new church? Is this God’s idea or your idea? Are you sure?

2. ___ Have you settled on where God wants you to plant? What city? What part of the city?

3. ___ Do you have a heart to reach a certain kind of person? When you dream about your church plant, do you see the faces of people who have found Christ through your ministry?

4. ___ Is your family as fired up about it as you are? If you are married, what does your spouse think?

5. ___ Are you a ravenous learner? Do you read books that will enhance your ministry? Are you eager to experiment with the ideas of others and to attend cutting-edge growth seminars?

6. ___ Do you have the spiritual gift of leadership? Would others unequivocally affirm that gift?

7. ___ Are you a self-starter? Do you have a strong work ethic?

8. ___ Do you have a track record of starting things from scratch? Have you been successful in those endeavors?

If your total score is 30 or above, you may have what it takes to be a founding pastor. Contact one of our staff to enroll in Founding Pastor Assessment or to join a launch track cohort.
