Assessment is four days of incredible vision, phenomenal teaching, and deep discovery to find out if you've got what it takes to plant a new church. Assessment is a group event; three to ten couples/candidates attend at the same time. The schedule consists of exercises, simulations, and interviews designed to highlight the competencies necessary to plant a church. Some activities are done alone, some as a couple, and some in a group.
