The LaunchTicket coaching system is comprised of three foundational components. Like the legs of a stool, they together produce results that can not be realized by just one or two of the legs.

Each founding pastor receives his/her own coach who…

• Conducts regular telephone coaching sessions
• Guides and encourages you through each step of developing and implementing your strategic ministry plan for your church’s first year
• Advises you through the creation of the DNA, systems, and momentum needed to launch a church that continues to make an ever-larger impact for the kingdom.

LaunchTicket coaches are selected based on these qualifications:

• Has planted a church that has grown to over 300 in attendance
• Is passionate about helping pastors
• Is compassionate in his manner of dealing with pastors
• Is constantly learning and open to feedback
• Has been trained as a ministry coach
• Is on the cutting edge of the latest church planting literature.
