  • Design and implement an effective assimilation system for your church.

4. Weekend Experiences

Objectives

  • Establish your weekend planning team.
  • Select and prepare the venue that best contributes to the growth of your weekend experiences.
  • Leverage your talent and limited numbers to provide maximum impact while avoiding volunteer burnout.
  • Prepare worship experiences that people are proud to attend.
  • Continually add artists and musicians as God sends them your way.

5. Leading the New Church

Guided by your coach, here’s what you will do to become the kind of leader who can lead a church of significance.

Objectives

  • Identify your default leadership style and learn to adapt it to maximize your influence.
  • Understand the reasons why most churches stay small and what must be done to overcome the crucial growth barriers.
  • Implement time management and organization systems that focus your time on the most important priorities and improve your productivity.
  • Develop a long-term organizational structure that allows your church to grow organically.
  • Learn to identify and appropriately deal with people whose agenda is different from your own.
  • Understand your role as the primary vision-caster and the embodiment of the dream.

The LaunchTicket coaching system gives you a chance to rope up with those who have gone before. It is especially designed for the ordinary person who is clearly called, fully focused, and irrationally committed to paying the price. You bring the call and the commitment; we’ll equip you for the climb.
